As I entered, the aroma of freshly made Sanuki udon wafted through the air, filling me with excitement. The chewy and elastic noodles combined with the gentle umami of the broth create a very balanced dish. The small oden has absorbed the flavor all the way through, and I couldn't help but get an extra serving. The style of eating fried chicken with the broth and condiments is interesting, and the crispy coating is addictive. In addition to udon, there is a rich variety of options like anago tempura and tuna donburi, which is great because I can choose based on my mood for the day. The parking lot is spacious and easy to use, making it a comfortable place to relax even after the meal.
