We offer the finest meat in our restaurant! The "Aburi Gokumitoro Meat" is a rare, thinly sliced, melt-in-your-mouth meat that is quickly seared and served! All of them boast sweet fat that melts in your mouth at the same time! The "Chubonomi-Daikon Kalbi" is a perfect combination with rice! Especially, "Kainomi Steak" made from "Kainomi", a rare part of beef, is very popular among our customers. It is an excellent combination of fillet and rib! The daily special "Horumon" (hormone), which is prepared over 4 days, is a perfect match with our special miso sauce and will make your cheeks fall off! Happiness in every bite! The owner purchases the meat with great attention to quality, mainly black Japanese beef from Kyushu, and makes it rare steak style with the perfect size of meat and takuan (pickled radish). The meat is sweet and has a strong meaty flavor. The egg yolk and homemade sauce are mixed with the meat to create a special rice stacked dish that goes perfectly with the rice. The rice is made from Koshihikari rice produced in Mie Prefecture to match the meat. The well-balanced stickiness and sweetness of the grains add to the sumptuousness of the meal.

The owner has carefully selected high-quality black wagyu beef, mainly sourced from Kyushu, and prepared it in a rare steak style, with the meat and pickled daikon cut to the perfect size. The meat is sweet and comes from cuts with a strong flavor. A plump egg yolk and homemade sauce create a special bento that pairs perfectly with rice! The rice is Koshihikari from Mie Prefecture, chosen to complement the meat. Its well-balanced stickiness and sweetness enhance this luxurious meal. Comes with a mini salad and soup for a balanced meal.
