Aromas of meadow flowers with a fresh & fruity fizz. Characteristics of strawberry and cherry flavours
A consistent, dry style with a distinctive flowery aroma. Yeasty character, a long, biscuit flavour and good level of acidity
Salmon-pink in colour, this has a wonderful fresh, floral style with summer strawberry flavours
A romantic rippling of soft red berry bubbles, showing on unexpected yet superb balance of natural grape sweetness with determinedly dry crispness
Made with grapes picked very late in the season influenced significantly by 'Botrytis' which has concentrated the sugars, acids, and flavours in the grapes to create a pleasing character that recalls honey, raisins, and dried apricots. About 40% of the wine was aged in French oak for seven months
A fruit-filled 'Aussie' Chardonnay with a very light touch of oak contact, bottled early to retain the freshness. Fresh, citrusy flavours on the nose and palate backed by a crisp acidity on the finish
A great wine that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Distinctive nose of wild flowers, with touches of honey & banana - soft, fresh and lively with notes of ripe pear
Soft and aromatic with notes of peach blossom and citrus on the deliciously refreshing finish
Lively, mouth watering, flinty freshness with floral hints
Classic characteristics of a Gewurztraminer, Turkish delight, orange blossom, lychee, violet & rose petal are all present on the lightly oaked palate
Lemon-yellow with green tints; shows a deep tropical fruit flavour, enriched with pineapple & citrus, hints of fennel and freshly cut grass. The palate is fresh, replaying the fruit and aromatic notes
The wine from the chalky soil of this well-known appellation in the Maconnasie are in great demand for their classic, fuller style

Medium-dry, rather than the usual medium-sweet versions available, shows plenty of watermelon, strawberry & redcurrant fruit
Thin Shiraz also has a hale Cabernet Sauvignon present to add additional structure. Plenty of brambly fruit on the palate, backed with a touch of spice
Plum and cherry with notes of violet: dry, soft but well structured with a finish of dried fruits and toasted hazelnut
Having achieved fame in Argentina, Malbec returns home. Lovely violet aromas, solid fruit flavours and a splash of spiced oak
