This is our most popular course and has been loved by meat-loving adults for the past 10 years since the restaurant's establishment. The first course is a special Caesar salad made with generous amounts of Parmigiano cheese. This is where the course really comes into its own. After tantalizing your taste buds with the freshness of assorted horse sashimi, the most popular dish at the restaurant, the Harami steak and the chicken steak with crispy baked skin and basil aroma will be served. This is followed by two of the owner's recommended "Meat of the Day" dishes. Then comes the long-awaited beef tongue shabu shabu shabu. The beef tongue soup, which should be called the "back main course," will satisfy both your stomach and your heart!
