The interior is filled with a sense of cleanliness, and the enticing aroma of grilled eel enhances the anticipation. The restaurant has table seating and tatami mat seating, and there are also counter seats at the back. The staff is polite and happily listens to seating preferences. The eel is tender with a light roasted flavor, and it pairs perfectly with the rice. There is a separate container of sauce prepared for when you need more, allowing you to adjust it to your liking. The clear soup has a perfect saltiness and a refined taste that can be enjoyed together. The dessert, sudachi jelly, is refreshing and just right for cleansing the palate.
