I was excited the moment I sat down in the calm atmosphere of the bar located underground. The signature dish, shrimp namero, has a delightful sweetness and the crunchiness of onions that brings happiness with just a light nibble. The rich shrimp Americain udon features thick noodles coated in a flavorful sauce, releasing its aroma with every bite. The butter sautéed whelk and mushrooms are infused with butter, and the savory aroma of seaweed makes it very addictive. The soft-boiled egg with mayonnaise comes in two varieties, black and white, allowing for an interesting experience of tasting the differences. The colorful parfait I ordered to finish was a delightful blend of Japanese and Western elements, leaving me fully satisfied and the table filled with smiles until the end.
