A renowned tonkatsu and soba restaurant in Tsubame City

Nidaime Joshuya Takenoko is a well-known soba restaurant located in Tsubame City, but it is also famous for its incredibly delicious tonkatsu. The crispy texture of the tonkatsu and the generous portion of katsudon are beloved as local specialties. The clean and serene atmosphere inside the restaurant allows guests to enjoy their meal at a leisurely pace. Each dish reflects the dedication of the head chef, who trained at a prestigious restaurant in Ginza. Be sure to savor each carefully crafted dish.

The atmosphere is easy to enter, and the staff are cheerful. It's a shop featured in magazines, and it seems that the curry is also introduced, making it hard to decide. The oyakodon I ordered, attracted by the rice bowls, arrived with a lid, which was exciting. When I mixed the runny egg with the egg yolk, the sweetness of the dashi spread smoothly, and it was very delicious. The soba is thin yet chewy and easy to eat, and the dipping sauce is also tasty. There are many customers, and it feels lively, conveying that it is loved by the locals.
