A local specialty from Mikawa, 'Hazumeshi' features plenty of Akasha shrimp, creating a flavorful and hearty tempura with a scent of the sea. It is lightly dipped in our homemade sauce, allowing the flavor to soak into the batter. This dish is prepared using a simple cooking method that allows you to fully enjoy the taste of the ingredients. Please enjoy.

Miso katsu, featuring pork cutlet fried to perfection with high-quality fat, served with a miso sauce made from Mikawa-produced hatcho miso. The fat has a sweetness, and the refreshing flavor of the meat pairs excellently with the miso sauce. The popular miso katsu set meal comes with rice, miso soup, a small side dish, and salad.
A set meal that allows you to fully enjoy the dishes of Washoku-dokoro Ai, including simmered fish, sashimi, tempura, chawanmushi, vinegared dishes, rice, red miso soup, and fruit. Please enjoy the simmered fish and tempura made with seasonal seafood to your heart's content.
