The term 'Eel Mamushi' is an old name for 'Eel Rice Bowl' in the Kansai region. This is a representative dish of our restaurant. Please try this first.
If you want to eat a little more eel than the half cut... but one whole is a bit too much... this is recommended for such customers!! It has overwhelming support from male customers.

When it comes to Morishige's oyster dishes, this is the first one to try. The Oyster Dote Nabe is based on white miso sourced from Fuchu in Hiroshima. The oysters sourced from Aioi in Hyogo maintain their size and rich flavor even when simmered. The soup, infused with the umami of the oysters and the sweetness of the vegetables, is served with either udon or mochi to finish. This dish is a perfect way to warm both body and soul during the cold winter months! We highly recommend you try it.
This is a hot pot dish enjoyed with ingredients dipped in ponzu sauce, prepared in a mizutaki style. It is lighter than a dote nabe. The flavors of the ingredients stand out more. Please give it a try.
