Waiting in front of the teppan, a perfectly round, freshly baked hokkolli appeared. We added half mayonnaise, regular sauce and hot sauce to taste. When it cools down from its hot state and you bite into it, you can taste the gentle flavor. It is fluffy and tender and nostalgic, and you can feel the owner's attention to detail. This dish is really addictive. I would like to visit again and try other dishes on the menu. Thank you very much for the food.
