The interior features a combination of concrete walls and wooden tables, creating a cute space with school chairs lined up. The open kitchen allows you to see the cooking process, and the aroma of freshly made dishes is exciting. In the morning, the homemade Yamagata bread toast with blueberry jam is fragrant and perfect for starting the day. The lunch tempura rice bowl includes shishamo and bamboo shoots, and the crispy batter pairs well with the sweet sauce. The carefully prepared dashi in the chawanmushi and shrimp ganmodoki spreads gently, providing a comforting taste. The homemade ice cream and crunchy crust after the meal were also enjoyable, allowing me to feel happy until the very end.
