The interior has a spacious feel and gives off a sense of being loved by the locals, with the staff's gentle service providing reassurance. There are tatami seating areas where you can relax, and it's easy to order either your favorites or leave it up to the chef. The sashimi is all very fresh, and the bonito sashimi, in particular, was unforgettable in its deliciousness. The simmered black throat sea perch has tender flesh that falls apart, and the umami of the broth seeps in, bringing happiness. The rolled omelet is fluffy and has a taste that makes you want to order more. The sushi rice is slightly sweet and sticky, providing a satisfying bite.
