Notably, you can enjoy a tasting of three distinct types of soba: Sarashina, Ju-wari, and Inaka. The noodles are characterized by their firm texture, and the Ju-wari soba, in particular, has a delightful smoothness that will surprise you with its deliciousness. Pairing it with sesame sauce or grated daikon radish enhances the experience even further.

There is a parking lot next to the store, which is convenient. The interior is clean and spacious, with both table seating and tatami seating, making it a relaxing place. You can compare three types of soba, and it's enjoyable to experience the differences in aroma, texture, and aftertaste. It's nice to be able to taste it with both walnut dipping sauce and regular broth. The condiments like grated daikon also pair well, and you can enjoy plenty of soba broth. The tempura is really delicious, and I felt it was a popular restaurant.
