This is a small sushi restaurant where you can spend time in a calm atmosphere. The couple welcomes you with smiles, making it easy to enter even for first-timers. The red clam served as part of the omakase came with the clam strips separately, and the crunchy texture was irresistible. The nigiri included a variety of toppings such as fatty tuna, sea urchin, and salmon roe, all of which were exceptionally fresh. The rice was slightly larger and fluffy, allowing for a great balance with the toppings. While watching the lively scene of continuous deliveries coming in, I was able to fully enjoy the nigiri right in front of me.
