They are made without eggs or oil, and I heard that sugar is used in the form of brown sugar, with fun varieties like yuzu, kombu, kinako, and cinnamon raisins. The fried bagels are crispy and fragrant on the outside with a sesame aroma, and when slightly warmed, they become fluffy, providing a delightful texture.
