The thin handmade noodles slide smoothly into your mouth, with just the right amount of elasticity, making them pleasant to eat. The freshly boiled udon is served in a bucket, which is visually enjoyable, and the deliciousness of the noodles is clearly conveyed. The thick curry broth has a strong aroma of dashi, and the combination of meat and green onions pairs well. The udon is accompanied by a small potato salad and pickles, giving you a feeling of getting a little extra. The rice balls have a pleasant seaweed flavor and saltiness, and when you soak them slightly in the broth, they become even more delicious.
