4.1

The calm interior of the restaurant has not only table seating but also box-style seating that resembles a tatami room, which is helpful. The first dish that came out, the simmered beef tendon, was tender, and the flavor had soaked into the konjac as well. The green onion pancake can be ordered with a half-and-half mix of soy sauce and sauce, and the aroma of the soy sauce combined with the depth of the sauce is truly delicious. The pork omelet has a soft batter that pairs well with the slightly sweet sauce, making it so tasty that I couldn't stop eating. The yakisoba rice bowl has a light flavor and a fun texture, and I was satisfied with the generous amount of cabbage. Any leftovers can be wrapped up, allowing me to enjoy them deliciously at home.
