A unique mixed noodle specialty shop

Tanuki no Yorimichi is a mixed noodle specialty shop located just a 10-second walk from JR Yugawara Station. The mixed noodles, which can be chosen from a rich menu, create a perfect harmony with the ingredients. The use of egg yolk in the arrangements adds a gentle flavor amidst the spiciness, showcasing a clever twist. The ice cream drizzled with locally sourced citrus sauce is also exquisite, making it a perfect way to conclude your meal.

As soon as you pass through the square in front of the station, a charming sign catches your eye, and you feel excited. Once inside, there are tatami rooms, and the calming atmosphere is very pleasant. The tantan mixed noodles, when mixed generously with ground meat, bean sprouts, and a raw egg, create a delightful combination of spiciness and creaminess that makes it hard to put down your chopsticks. The Kyushu tonkotsu mixed noodles, with char siu, wood ear mushrooms, and pickled ginger, have a rich depth of flavor that ramen lovers can't resist. Mixing the rice you can freely take from the rice cooker on the floor with the leftover ingredients makes for the perfect finishing touch. The homemade ice cream after the meal, with its refreshing citrus sauce, leaves you feeling happy all the way home.
