Ogwan Sushi

The omakase, consisting of 12 pieces for dinner, includes a variety of sushi such as yuzu flounder, sea bream, striped jack, raw shrimp, charcoal-grilled yellowtail, grilled squid, smoked salmon, egg sushi, scallop with uni sauce, tuna, eggplant sushi, and tuna belly. Each piece of sushi is bite-sized, with an excellent harmony of rice and fish, and features seasonings tailored to the ingredients, such as yuzu, salt, and soy sauce.

It is composed of compact bar-style seating, allowing you to experience an authentic atmosphere where the chef prepares and serves sushi directly. Although there may be a wait time due to the limited number of seats, takeout orders are also available, so you can enjoy it comfortably at home.
