The bread we make, called "One Hundred," which means "100," is the world's first raw bread that contains a moisture content of 100. It is said that for typical bread and pizza, the maximum moisture content is around 70 to 75 against 100. If the moisture content is increased beyond that, it becomes soggy and unmanageable. The more moisture there is in the bread, the softer and fluffier it becomes when baked. We have been challenging ourselves for years to achieve the world's softest bread and have succeeded in incorporating a moisture content of 100. Enjoy One Hundred, which has been baked with the crust as thin as possible, focusing on ultimate softness.

One Hundred offers two types of basic bread. One is Plain. It has almost no sweetness, allowing you to enjoy the natural aroma and flavor of wheat, making it suitable for toasting. We hope you can eat it every day without getting tired of it. The other is Pure. Pure has a sweetness and should be eaten raw without toasting. It is perfect for fruit sandwiches.
