Sakaba Nihoremo

What stands out particularly is the meticulously crafted lemon sour. You can enjoy various lemon sours, including the classic 'Serious Lemon Sour' and the spiced 'Herbal Spice Lemon Sour.' Additionally, the dishes are a fusion of Japanese and Western styles, featuring a diverse range such as 'Asparagus Wrapped in Meat Tempura' and 'Assorted Obanzai,' which highlight seasonal ingredients in their creative menu.

The interior offers a calm space with a simple and stylish design that conveys the warmth of wood. With both counter and table seating available, it is perfect for enjoying a quiet drink alone or for spending lively times with friends or colleagues. Additionally, the entire establishment is non-smoking, which is a reassuring point for those visiting with children.

"Sakaba Nihoremo" has become a beloved hidden bar for locals since it opened in August 2018. The owner is particular about selecting ingredients and pairing them with drinks, and has exceptional confidence in their lemon sour. The sister store, "For This One Cup," also offers spiced dishes, establishing a unique culinary style.
