A heartwarming restaurant to enjoy sushi and a diverse menu

At Takafuji, you can enjoy a variety of dishes centered around fresh sushi. Particularly popular are the a la carte options and the daily special of fried rice with egg, offering flavors you wouldn't expect from a sushi restaurant. The interior is clean and comfortable, and the warm hospitality makes your dining experience even more special. It's a lovely place beloved by the locals, where you'll want to visit again and again.

There is a counter and a tatami room, and the calm atmosphere made me linger longer than I intended. The sushi rice is on the smaller side, while the toppings are plump and large, releasing a burst of flavor the moment they enter your mouth. The tempura of anago (conger eel) is freshly fried with a crispy batter, and the inside is fluffy and creamy, which was impressive. For lunch, there are ramen and Chinese menu options, allowing for a bit of adventurous enjoyment. I appreciated the thoughtful service of quickly bringing out the clear soup and some light snacks, which further enhanced the meal. The cheerful hospitality of the owner was pleasant, and by the time I left, I felt warm and happy.
