・At Wafu Gelato Okaji, we do not use any eggs in our ingredients. We used plenty of Echigo Hime (strawberries) that have been carefully ripened in the snowy country of Niigata, rich in moisture and with a strong sweetness.

We used pesticide-free, fully ripe blueberries produced in Kokubunji. They are very sweet and contain plenty of polyphenols, which have antioxidant properties.
