This is a shop that is close to the station and easy to enter. You can place orders using your smartphone, and communication in Japanese is smooth. The menu mainly features dishes made with flour, including steamed items and stuffed foods. The larger soup dumplings are filled with plenty of soup, pair well with black vinegar, and if eaten quickly, you can fully enjoy their flavor. The noodle soup has a hint of spiciness layered over the acidity of the tomatoes, and the texture of the hand-cut dough is pleasant. The cilantro and peanut rice is crispy and fragrant, with the aroma of oil and the flavor of cilantro complementing each other well, making it a fun dish to snack on.
