You can casually enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki in front of the iron plate at the counter. The noodles are boiled before being grilled, giving them a wonderful aroma and a firm texture. The cabbage is cooked slowly, bringing out its sweetness, and I found myself eating it eagerly. You can also choose a spicier sauce, which adds a nice kick to the flavor. When paired with rock salt, the deliciousness of the ingredients is enhanced, and it was nice to enjoy it in halves. While waiting for it to be cooked, I spent a pleasant time watching the preparation and engaging in conversation.
