The fat from the mane is not too heavy, and when paired with condiments, it enhances the umami even more. The fried Mehikaru fish is plump, has a good aftertaste, and is hard to stop eating. The salt-based offal hot pot is filled with ingredients, and the light broth seeps in, providing a sense of satisfaction. The atmosphere is unpretentious, and the staff asks about your preferences, making it a comfortable place to spend time.
