Shabu-shabu On-yasai Yahata Higashida-ten

The meat that determines the quality of shabu-shabu. All of it is processed according to the original standards of shabu-shabu warm vegetables, utilizing years of experience. It is served at a thickness that makes shabu-shabu incredibly delicious.

We discuss with farmers to select vegetables that pair well with shabu-shabu and source them accordingly. Some of these vegetables are specifically developed for shabu-shabu hot dishes. Additionally, we conduct a 'relay of production areas' without specifying particular regions, ensuring we source the most delicious vegetables of the season.
