Enjoy the flavor of seafood and vegetables infused in the soup. Add pasta or rice to the soup at the end of your meal to create tomato pasta or risotto.
We cook Goro-bee rice, known for its stickiness and sweetness, using natural water from Nagano in a mess tin. 1 cup (serves 2) for 600 yen, 2 cups (serves 4) for 1000 yen.
Custard cream and seasonal fruits are placed on top and baked on the BBQ grill.
