The beef tongue is very delicious, and I can feel the umami with every bite. There is a menu where I can enjoy both beef tongue and tongue steak together, allowing me to appreciate the difference in tenderness. When I eat barley rice topped with tororo, it goes down smoothly. The tail soup is generously topped with shredded white leeks, and the portion is substantial, which is satisfying. There are also limited-time offerings, and the Halloween set included delicious pumpkin salad and pudding. This is a restaurant I can confidently choose when I'm in the mood for beef tongue at Amu Plaza.
