This course allows you to fully enjoy the delicacies of the sea and mountains carefully selected by the owner. The main dish is Itoshima pork from Iki-san Farm in Itoshima. Itoshima pork, grilled slowly over charcoal, is juicy, full of flavor, and exquisite.
Our proud dish, carefully grilled over charcoal using the rare Itoshima beef, of which only about 700 heads are shipped annually. Thanks to the far-infrared effect of charcoal grilling, it is cooked to a gentle medium-rare, allowing you to fully enjoy the original flavor of the meat. Please enjoy it with a fruity Japanese-style sauce made with apples.
The 'Clay Pot Rice' is carefully cooked in a clay pot using the pride of Fukuoka and Itoshima, the brand rice 'Yume Tsukushi'. It is cooked in a clay pot for each order and served right in front of the guests, which is the restaurant's commitment.
