Since I reserved a seat in advance, I was able to spend time leisurely in a calm space. The table was first filled with a variety of colorful kimchi and namul, and I was surprised by the deliciousness of the vegetables and the moderate spiciness from the very first bite. The crunchy water kimchi contained pear and radish, and its refreshing sourness was irresistible. The juicy bulgogi was packed with mushrooms and carrots, and the sweet and spicy sauce soaked into all the ingredients. The main dish, samgyeopsal, came with two types of special sauces, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end by changing the flavors. Thanks to the gentle service from the motherly staff and the ingredients sourced directly from Korea, I was able to fully enjoy authentic Korean cuisine with a sense of comfort as if I were at home.
