The restaurant has a counter and tatami seating, providing a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. The small plate that was served first was luxurious, featuring a delightful combination of roast beef and sweet potato chips. The extremely thin slices of tomato were visually beautiful and had a light texture that was impressive. The raw bonito carpaccio had a moist texture, and the umami flavor was distinctly felt. The doria was hot and fragrant, and the deliciousness continued from the appetizers. The garlic shrimp, with its pleasant garlic aroma, was also satisfying as it could be eaten with the shell.
