It's a small shop located in a corner of an alley, where you can easily drop in and enjoy a fun atmosphere. They specialize in game meat, crafted by hunters, who handle everything from capture to preparation themselves. The skewers grilled for you over the counter, featuring deer, boar, and bear, are all richly aromatic and delightful. The jerky served as an appetizer expands in flavor the more you chew, pairing perfectly with local beer. The deer tataki is moist and sweet, while the bear skewer has a robust flavor that leaves a strong impression. The shiitake mushroom skewer is also surprisingly aromatic, and it's exciting that the types of meat available change from day to day.
