At a traditional barbecue restaurant run by a family, sitting on tatami mats is very comforting. The menu is simple with options like loin, short ribs, tongue, tripe, and offal, making it easy to order without hesitation. The meat piled high on the plate has beautiful marbling, raising expectations even before cooking. As it cooks, the fat melts smoothly, allowing you to enjoy both the texture and tenderness at the same time, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. The homemade sauce is neither too sweet nor too spicy, enhancing the meat's flavor significantly. With good ventilation, you can relax without worrying about smoke, and the satisfaction makes you want to eat there again after the meal.
