The interior has table seating and raised areas, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, speaks clear Japanese, and the guidance and service are smooth. There is a wide variety of noodles, rice dishes, and stir-fried items, and the food is served quickly. The tomato and egg rice bowl has fluffy eggs, and the sweet and sour sauce pairs perfectly with the rice. The boiled dumplings have a chewy skin and are full of meat juice, and it's fun to adjust the flavor to your liking with the vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil available on the table. The spicy flavor of the mapo tofu and the aroma of the ramen are also impressive, and I was happy to be able to get a refill of the cold oolong tea.
