The thick chashu is so tender that it melts in your mouth, bringing happiness with every bite. The aroma of soy sauce and the subtle flavor of garlic blend well together, making it a perfect match with white rice. The chicken has a crispy coating and a wonderful aroma, providing satisfaction with each bite. Alternating between these two dishes makes it hard to put down the chopsticks. The interior is neat and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. It can get busy due to its popularity, but I was lucky to be seated right away, which made me happy.
