Brewery Vivant. Our brewers are slinging some serious hops into this Belgian inspired DIPA, which is why we initially named it "Trebuchet", the mediaeval French catapult pictured at right. We ran into a snafu with the name when we discovered another cool brewery in California already had it trademarked. Instead of crying about it, we just changed it to the way 9 out of 10 people pronounced it anyway. Tree Bucket. Took a French word and used American phonetics-- kind of like what we do with our beer styles. Cheers! Characteristics: Belgian candy sugar and the Ardennes yeast strain lend sweetness to this very, very hoppy beer. Tropical fruit-forward Citra hops, among others, give balance to the sweet profile and high ABV. The beer is babied in the fermentation tanks and dry hopped just before packaging. From aroma to sip to burp, this beer will have you storming the gates for your next pint. Great with: If you like spicy foods, this beer will add fuel to the fire as the excessive hop charges will intensify the heat. Think adobo tacos, spicy veggie chili, or a pepperoni-jalapeno-pineapple pizza. Cheese Picks: Really sharp, aged cheddar is delightful. Hooks' 7-year from Wisconsin is a favorite here amonst the pub staff.

Schlafly - The Saint Louis Brewery. Our Raspberry Hefeweizen is a true fruit beer, not a fruit-flavored beer. We add pureed raspberries to our Hefeweizen during the primary fermentation process. Although we add no sugar, color or flavors, the resulting beer is a hazy pink color, with citrus aromas from the wheat and a flavor that is neat and tart. While this beer is low in bitterness, it is not overwhelmingly sweet, making it a thoroughly drinkable beer for the season.

5 Rabbit Cervecería. What captures the fun of summer better than the ding-ding-ding of the popsicle cart and the cool rush of fruity fun? Paletas! And the versions most popular in the Latin community are made with frozen fruit juice in a wide variety of tropical flavors. We though this would be a perfet inspiration for a line of summer beers. But these are not kiddie treats. In addition to pure, high-quality fruit pulp, we add a number of delicious spices and other flavors that build on the fruits, adding complexity and depth. They're still a lot of fun and amzazingly quaffable at only 3.5% vol. A large proportion of wheat gives them a smooth, creamy mouth-feel. There's really never been anything like them. Paletas are meant as summer refreshers—a more sophisticated alternative to one-dimensional shandies and radlers. We're brewing them as a series, each one different, and when one's gone, it's gone. We brew the next one. At the end of summer, they vanish until next year. We hope never to repeat ourselves. Our first paleta features Gauva with pink peppercorns and tarragon. Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. SeaQuench Ale is our session sour quencher made with lime peel, black lime and sea salt. It's a citrusy-tart union of three German styles of beer blissfully brewed into one. We begin by brewing a straightforward Kolsch with lots of wheat and Munich Malt, then we brew a salty Gose with black limes, coriander and our sea salt. We follow it all up with a citrusy-tart Berlinerweiss made with lime juice and lime peel. All three beers are then blended together in the fermentation tank to create this German hybrid.

Abbaye de Leffe. In the fifties, an extraordinary meeting took place that all beer enthusiasts should raise their glass of Leffe to. The abbey's Father Abbot Nys became acquainted with Albert Lootvoet, a master brewer. Passionate about the future of the brewery, Father Nys was upset to have to witness how, since the unpleasant stay of the French revolutionaries, the brewery had slowly fallen into decline and had eventually had to close its doors in 1809. Such a magnificent place could not be forgotten, he believed, and he vowed to bring the Leffe beer back. Father Nys and the brewer set about the challenge with vigour…and succeeded. Shortly after, the Leffe brewery was back in full effect. After Leffe Brown, a beer that shone brighter than the sun saw the light of day; they named it Leffe Blond – a beautiful chapter for Leffe indeed. Leffe Blond is the flagship of Leffe. The unique recipe is the fruit of centuries of experience in the art of brewing, which brings a broad palette of aromas into balance. It is elegant, smooth and fruity, and it has a spicy aftertaste with a hint of bitter orange. Its light, sunny colour is due to the use of pale malt. Leffe Blond contains 6.6 % alcohol and fits excellently with a wide variety of dishes. It is best at a temperature of 5° to 6° Celsius. A thirst-quenching aperitif, for those relaxing moments with friends and family.

Off Color Brewing. When you brew as much as we do, sometimes we get tired of telling the yeast what to do. For Apex Predator Farmhouse Ale, we pitch the yeast cold, turn off the temperature control, and let the yeast do its thing. To our delight, it spat out the sweet scent of juicy fruit wafting from a frothy, white mane. Brewed only with grain and sugar unencumbered by the heat of the kiln, we create a hazy, golden body. Apex Predator gets its teeth from a generous Crystal dry-hopping that completes the dry finish with a fruity bite. Pounce on the opportunity to let it part your lips and you may find yourself at the top of the food chain.
Brouwerij Huyghe. NB: Depending on the location and batch, this beer can be either 8.5% or 8.7%. Please do not post an edit request asking to change it from one to the other. The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste of results from the use of three different kinds of yeast. The result is a finish of peppery bitterness without aggression. The gray bottle hides a mystery awaiting discovery by the none faint of heart.

Lagunitas Brewing Company. A truly unique style featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body. A filtered pale wheat ale that is great for both IPA and wheat beer fans.
Bell's Brewery. Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter. Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere.
Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA "perhaps the best IPA in America." An imperial IPA best savored from a snifter, 90 Minute has a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. 90 Minute IPA was the first beer we continuously hopped, allowing for a pungent, but not crushing, hop flavor.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Forget about the car companies, this is the original hybrid. A cross between a Scotch Ale, an India Pale Ale and an American Brown, Indian Brown Ale is well-hopped and malty at the same time (It's magical!). The beer has characteristics of each style that inspired it: the color of an American Brown, the caramel notes of a Scotch Ale, and the hopping regimen of an India Pale Ale. We dry-hop the Indian Brown Ale in a similar fashion to our 60 Minute IPA and 90 Minute IPA. This beer is brewed with Aromatic barley and organic brown sugar.
Revolution Brewing Company. A striking, robust porter full of warmth and chocolate malt and is named after Eugene V. Debs, an American union leader and activist who led the Pullman railroad strike in 1894. An assortment of Belgian specialty malts form a complex structure of toasted grain and caramel flavors and Dark Chocolate malt makes this porter black as night and infuses its distinct intense, chocolate essence.
Left Hand Brewing Company. POUR HARD! Dark & delicious, America's milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Schlafly - The Saint Louis Brewery. Our Raspberry Hefeweizen is a true fruit beer, not a fruit-flavored beer. We add pureed raspberries to our Hefeweizen during the primary fermentation process. Although we add no sugar, color or flavors, the resulting beer is a hazy pink color, with citrus aromas from the wheat and a flavor that is neat and tart. While this beer is low in bitterness, it is not overwhelmingly sweet, making it a thoroughly drinkable beer for the season.

The abbey's Father Abbot Nys became acquainted with Albert Lootvoet, a master brewer. Such a magnificent place could not be forgotten, he believed, and he vowed to bring the Leffe beer back. Father Nys and the brewer set about the challenge with vigour…and succeeded. Shortly after, the Leffe brewery was back in full effect. After Leffe Brown, a beer that shone brighter than the sun saw the light of day; they named it Leffe Blond – a beautiful chapter for Leffe indeed. Leffe Blond is the flagship of Leffe. 5 Rabbit Cervecería. What captures the fun of summer better than the ding-ding-ding of the popsicle cart and the cool rush of fruity fun? Paletas! And the versions most popular in the Latin community are made with frozen fruit juice in a wide variety of tropical flavors. We though this would be a perfet inspiration for a line of summer beers. But these are not kiddie treats. In addition to pure, high-quality fruit pulp, we add a number of delicious spices and other flavors that build on the fruits, adding complexity and depth. They're still a lot of fun and amzazingly quaffable at only 3.5% vol. A large proportion of wheat gives them a smooth, creamy mouth-feel. There's really never been anything like them. Paletas are meant as summer refreshers—a more sophisticated alternative to one-dimensional shandies and radlers. We're brewing them as a series, each one different, and when one's gone, it's gone. We brew the next one. At the end of summer, they vanish until next year. We hope never to repeat ourselves. Our first paleta features Gauva with pink peppercorns and tarragon. Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. SeaQuench Ale is our session sour quencher made with lime peel, black lime and sea salt. It's a citrusy-tart union of three German styles of beer blissfully brewed into one. We begin by brewing a straightforward Kolsch with lots of wheat and Munich Malt, then we brew a salty Gose with black limes, coriander and our sea salt. We follow it all up with a citrusy-tart Berlinerweiss made with lime juice and lime peel. All three beers are then blended together in the fermentation tank to create this German hybrid.

Abbaye de Leffe. In the fifties, an extraordinary meeting took place that all beer enthusiasts should raise their glass of Leffe to. The abbey's Father Abbot Nys became acquainted with Albert Lootvoet, a master brewer. Passionate about the future of the brewery, Father Nys was upset to have to witness how, since the unpleasant stay of the French revolutionaries, the brewery had slowly fallen into decline and had eventually had to close its doors in 1809. Such a magnificent place could not be forgotten, he believed, and he vowed to bring the Leffe beer back. Father Nys and the brewer set about the challenge with vigour…and succeeded. Shortly after, the Leffe brewery was back in full effect. After Leffe Brown, a beer that shone brighter than the sun saw the light of day; they named it Leffe Blond – a beautiful chapter for Leffe indeed. Leffe Blond is the flagship of Leffe. The unique recipe is the fruit of centuries of experience in the art of brewing, which brings a broad palette of aromas into balance. It is elegant, smooth and fruity, and it has a spicy aftertaste with a hint of bitter orange. Its light, sunny colour is due to the use of pale malt. Leffe Blond contains 6.6 % alcohol and fits excellently with a wide variety of dishes. It is best at a temperature of 5° to 6° Celsius. Off Color Brewing. When you brew as much as we do, sometimes we get tired of telling the yeast what to do. For Apex Predator Farmhouse Ale, we pitch the yeast cold, turn off the temperature control, and let the yeast do its thing. To our delight, it spat out the sweet scent of juicy fruit wafting from a frothy, white mane. Brewed only with grain and sugar unencumbered by the heat of the kiln, we create a hazy, golden body. A cross between a Scotch Ale, an India Pale Ale and an American Brown, Indian Brown Ale is well-hopped and malty at the same time (It's magical!). The beer has characteristics of each style that inspired it: the color of an American Brown, the caramel notes of a Scotch Ale, and the hopping regimen of an India Pale Ale. We dry-hop the Indian Brown Ale in a similar fashion to our 60 Minute IPA and 90 Minute IPA. This beer is brewed with Aromatic barley and organic brown sugar.
