The white wood of the counter and the tidy space are pleasant. The sushi has a perfect balance of temperature between the rice and the topping, creating a harmonious overall experience. The blue fish has no unpleasant smell, and its deliciousness is clearly conveyed, especially the horse mackerel and the marinated mackerel, which are impressive. The squid served with sudachi and salt is refreshing, and the balance is outstanding. The techniques of Edomae shine through in the sushi with kaiware sprouts, kelp-wrapped sushi, and the fragrant seared pieces. They were also very accommodating with refills, and I was filled with a sense of comfort and the care put into their work.
