You can choose between demi-glace sauce or grated daikon, allowing you to enjoy it according to your mood. The miso soup with seaweed and wheat gluten is gentle, and the root vegetables in the simmered dish have a mild flavor that is comforting. The salad is generously served, and the accompanying spaghetti also provides satisfaction.
