This is a restaurant where you can enjoy grilling your own food over charcoal, and the smoke absorption is excellent, making it comfortable. The finely shredded cabbage that comes out first is refreshing, and once you dip it in the sweet and spicy gochujang, you can't stop eating it, plus it's great that you can get a refill. The thick slices of tongue are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, perfectly paired with the green onion sauce. The harami (skirt steak) releases its flavor with every bite, and you can really feel the richness of the meat juices. The melt-in-your-mouth hormone (offal) and the texture of the shibire (nerves) are like foie gras, and the juicy shirokoro (fatty meat) is enjoyable to grill. The final dish, gukbap (rice soup), was rich in chicken broth, leaving me satisfied until the end.
