Upon entering the shop, the aroma of coffee gently spreads, and the interior lined with record jackets is very calming. The young owner suggests beans while asking about your preferences, so you can feel at ease even if you're not very knowledgeable. After placing an order, they roast the green beans right in front of you, making it enjoyable to watch the changes in color and the fragrant smell. While waiting, the complimentary cup they brew is free of any off-flavors and goes down smoothly even when served black. The freshly roasted Mandheling has a strong bitterness and richness, and by the next day, the flavor had rounded out even more. It's a lovely shop that makes you want to stop by casually in search of your favorite beans.
