Asada Sempei Honpo

Asada Senbei Honpo, founded in 1888, is a historic establishment that specializes in senbei made using traditional techniques. Notably, their senbei is crafted using stone-grilled direct-fire methods and sun-dried dough, which fully brings out the flavors of soy sauce and rice. Using contract-grown Koshihikari rice from Niigata and completely free of additives, the taste is truly exceptional. Experience the traditional flavors of Japan in a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of a classic candy shop.
