For the appetizer, we provide a bento box that captures the flavors of the season. This is a popular lunch course at Ikkei. The bento box includes seasonal vegetables and fresh side dishes. We serve pressed sushi made with organic rice from Tamba City, with a seven-part milling. The soba rice bowl is enjoyed with the flavor of yuzu. We use 100% domestic organic buckwheat flour, ground with a stone mill for our galette, and select world cheeses that pair well with Japanese ingredients for a fragrant experience. Accompanied by ten types of organic raw vegetables, the Kawanishi duck we serve is a brand duck raised with strict care by the producer. Duck meat contains good cholesterol, and you can enjoy the fat with peace of mind, as it helps eliminate harmful bacteria from the body. Handmade soba is made with domestic organic buckwheat flour using spring water from Kyoto. First, please savor the aroma of the soba with salt. Lastly, a fruit dessert.
