Ruby's By The Sea

Ruby's by the Sea is a family-run Italian restaurant by the Hillsboro Inlet. The kitchen prepares classic dishes from scratch, from crisp pizzas and garlic rolls to chicken and eggplant parmigiana, chicken cacciatore, and house-made cannoli. Fresh salads and tomato-based sauces show a Mediterranean touch, and the laid-back setting suits relaxed meals for locals and visitors alike.
