It's fun to choose from three types of chashu for the ramen, and selecting the belly pork offers a pleasant chewiness. The miso-based soup has a deep richness, combined with fragrant garlic, creating a deliciously addictive flavor. The noodles, whether medium-thick or thin, cling well to the soup, allowing for enjoyable slurping until the very end without getting tired of it. The crispy texture of the gyoza with wings, along with its juicy filling, added to the overall satisfaction.
