Walking through the gate and along the stone pavement towards the entrance with the white noren (fabric curtain) creates a wonderful atmosphere. It has a style where you take off your shoes to enter, with shoe lockers lined up, allowing for a relaxed experience. From the private room with a sunken kotatsu (heated table), you can see the courtyard, and the partitions are well-constructed, making it a comfortable place to unwind. There are rooms that can accommodate large groups, and it's convenient that the partitions can be removed to create a larger space. Even when it gets lively, the construction minimizes sound leakage outside, allowing for a worry-free celebration. Sushi, tempura, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and soba (buckwheat noodles) are all served at once, allowing everyone to enjoy the freshly made deliciousness.
