It is just a short walk from the station, and the calm, old-fashioned atmosphere is pleasant. The ventilation at each table is well-maintained, resulting in less smoke and making it less likely for odors to cling to your clothes. The garlic-flavored kimchi and plenty of namul greatly enhance your appetite. You can enjoy a wide variety of thickly sliced tongue, liver, and heart, providing a sense of satisfaction. In particular, the white offal was impressively rich and tender. The Hida beef's kainomi is soft and not too fatty, allowing you to truly appreciate its quality.

It is located very close to Meitetsu Gifu Station. The interior has a counter and tatami seating, with cushions that make it comfortable to relax. The ventilation at each table is effective, so there is no smokiness, and it is hard for the smell to cling to your clothes. The thick tongue, belly, liver, and heart are all satisfying and filling. The white offal, in particular, is outstanding, and you can also enjoy the special marinade. The Hida beef's kalbi is tender, and I felt it was of high quality with less greasiness.
