In a calm atmosphere with a Japanese ambiance, I was first impressed by the beauty of the presentation. I enjoyed pairing the individual dishes with a rice set, and the careful craftsmanship was evident in each item. The steamed white rice was fluffy and well-separated, making it easy to enjoy with the side dishes. The tempura had a light batter, and both the sardines and clams stood out for their freshness. The sashimi of sardines had a refined richness, and the cuts were beautiful, making me nod in appreciation. The pickles paired well with the white rice, and the attention to detail was heartwarming.
