It was close to the station, and I felt a lively atmosphere the moment I entered. The staff moved briskly, and their service was pleasant. The sashimi was moist, and the tempura was lightly fried, releasing a wonderful aroma. The deep-fried tofu with sauce, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and oden (Japanese hot pot) had a clear umami flavor from the broth and a calming taste. The fried chicken was tender, and the mozuku seaweed and pickles were carefully prepared, making it hard to stop eating any of it. This restaurant showcases the skills of Japanese cuisine, and the service was attentive, allowing for a comfortable experience.
