In a calm Japanese restaurant located within the hotel, you can feel the essence of Okinawa from the scenery. The lunch buffet features beautiful Japanese tableware, and everything was clean and delicious. I was pleased that they would make tempura right on the spot and serve warm chawanmushi as many times as you wanted. The simmered mackerel, as well as side dishes like namasu and ohitashi, were also tasty, and you can enjoy Okinawan mozuku seaweed, sea grapes, and jimami tofu. For dessert, there was a satisfying selection including warabi mochi with a nice brown sugar flavor, coffee roll cake, and soft Okinawan-style zenzai with shiratama. The staff was attentive, and I was able to savor everything slowly, including teppanyaki, sashimi, and fried rafute.
